My name is Walid, and I'm the Owner and Founder of Rally Refrigeration & HVAC. With over 10 years in the industry, I started where most do — as a technician, learning every system, every failure, every fix from the ground up. Over time, I worked my way up to operating a refrigeration company that serviced over 150 restaurants across the DMV metro area.

In that role, I worked side by side with clients to monitor their equipment, deliver detailed diagnostic reports, and give them a clear picture of exactly what was happening — and what was coming. Those reports turned complicated decisions into simple ones. That experience taught me something I never forgot: when clients have the full picture, everything works better.

I started Rally because I wanted to build something different. Not just another service company — but one built on honesty, trust, and a real working relationship with every client I serve. My promise is straightforward: I will never cut corners, never upsell you on something you don't need, and always deliver quality work at a fair price.

That philosophy shows up most in how we approach preventative maintenance. Our plans aren't a checklist — swap the filters, wash the coils, and move on. We dig in. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly maintained, repaired, and diagnosed for both current and future issues, so you always have full insight into the health of your systems before a problem becomes a crisis.
